You choose a strong core with a broad network
JaJa has a network structure. We work with a core of about ten permanent employees, who form the foundation of our creative know-how in design, copy and code. We also work with a strong pool of freelance people, from specialized developers to marketers to 3D people, who we deploy as needed.
Online collaboration as the norm
The office age is coming to an end, in our opinion. We will still meet physically, but choose online collaboration as the norm: it's sustainable, flexible, cheaper, and, if managed well, produces super-creative results.
